Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment:

PayPal, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro via PayPal's secure servers. You do *not* need a Paypal account to make payments via credit card. Payments are charged or collected via PayPal at the time you place the order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Note: Shipping Rates are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm EST. Allow up to 72 hours for processing, before shipping times.


US Shipping - One shirt purchased - USPS 1st Class Shipping (5-7 business days). 

US Shipping - Two or more shirts purchased - USPS Priority (2-3 business days).

Canada Shipping - USPS International 1st Class (5-12+ business days). Vintage Teenager is not responsible for delays due to customs which may be a few days to a few weeks.

International Shipping- USPS First Class to just about any location. Vintage Teenager is not responsible for lost packages or delays due to customs which may be a few days to a few weeks.


Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How to Return an Item

  1. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted or eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Eligible for exchange: manufacturing defect (hole or stains); the color or size was not as you ordered; wrong image printed.
  3. Replacement: send email to info@VintageTeenager.com with a subject line Replacement Request and include in your email a) photo of the defect or issue b) note the specific issue c) provide the order number from packing slip d) if there are multiple shirts in an order, identify which one has the issue.
  4. Refund: send email to info@VintageTeenager.com with a subject line Refund Request and include in your email a) reason for refund request. We will confirm your request within 24-48 hours. (Please see below Restocking Service Fee)

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Restocking Service Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
